We ship via United States Postal Service, both nationally and internationally.

If you are unable to place an order because you are located internationally, please visit the Contact Us link above, and we will be happy to process your bag sale via email and get it out to you!

Returns and Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your bag in any way, please review the policy details below and use the Contact Us link and report to us.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs related to Returns/Exhanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a Return/Exchange, your bag must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please provide your receipt for proof of purchase.


Once we receive your bag, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your Refund/Exhange. If you are requesting a refund we will return the cost of the bag minus shipping costs to your credit card or PayPal account.

If you are requesting an Exchange, we will ask you to make a new purchase on our website and we will refund the cost of the original bag minus shipping costs to your credit card or PayPal account.

Manufacturing Defects

Due to the made-by-hand nature of our bags occasionally a defect may be missed during our quality inspection. If you feel your bag has a significant manufacturing defect preventing the bag from working properly for you, please send us the details and we will work with you on finding a solution.
